I misunderstood the prior comments to say we would simply have the patents restored with no penalties and I thought that was wrong. Of course proving fraud is the key, and I think most us us would absolutely love to see Hikma pay a very price for their attempting to steal the market from Amarin. I like many are still attempting to dig out of the hole we are in. Thanks again to marjac and all for their herculean efforts to right this Dubacle.
