The difference is your taking it as a literal statement of if this then that 100% for sure.

When they are really saying hey otc if you flood us with work we might not be able to process all of it in time before sep 28th.

Henry is releasing financials to otc for review as he has them. 3 more q’s and k’s and we are current. Other companies are filing years of financials at a time.
