Any difference in the material info about Stock Promotions? No, I didn’t think so.

I see this was on both links:

We have filed a petition with the SEC to create more transparency for investors when there is promotion paid for by third parties, and allow markets to better identify bad actors. The SEC Regulations regarding promotion were written in the time of financial information and advice being delivered in print and over the radio. Rule 17b needs to be updated to reflect the anonymity allowed by the internet and other modern media channels.

Its already been shown by VF how the thing functions.
No additional bullshit is warranted.
Ridiculously obvious.

That’s why experienced traders know this so-called “nice write up” is actually a paid Promotion. The Disclaimer was pretty easy to find since it was IN the article, Good DD is thorough DD. Good thing several readers posted the Disclaimer, Had it not been presented, it wouldn’t be known it was just a PAID PROMOTION.

Yes, 4 Years is the difference.

LOL!!! So the U.S. Declaration of Independence is no longer valid?

Trying explain away a document's on-going validity by simply citing the date it was authored is utter nonsense!
