Not sure why the defense of old information being presented when newer info was available.
The OTC web-site has information dated 2021 and a PDF dated 2017 was presented.

Good DD is based on the most recent information.

So a 4 Year old PDF on the OTC web-site is just like the U.S. Declaration of Independence??

A 2017 version of their policy was presented. There is a Current Version on the OTC web-site.

For reference In 2017, 1094 Military Trail LLC had not yet bought the Jupiter Fl Building. Now SPRV owns the building.

The Declaration of Independence is still intact but the Constitution has been amended 27 times.
