Honestly.....I think DRNK CEO may have wanted to make sure OTC's had everything they needed and held back a small part of the payment to make sure current wasn't released before DRNK was ready for it to be. Looks like it's 100% out of DRNK's hands now. This is all OTC's ball now. This is gonna happen any day now I'm sure of that.
