It doesn't look like they are buying back shares OR diluting right now.

Here's a chart depicting the OBV versus THE ACCUM/DIST function:




If there is NO dilution or drying up (ie purchasing back) then the two functions track each other perfectly. One is just a 2x faster oscillator than the other. If a steady state exists then the two track each other perfectly.

Then look at the red circled March 1st area. Dilution, on a small scale appears to have happened there.
