15% discount when price continues up on favorable filings means price is virtually irrelevant unless their goal is more than 15% returns...in reality, they know the goal is to reach $1 before reverse split to NASDAQ if r/s is necessary and I believe this will be one of many institutional investors to be onboarded ahead of $1...are traders really going to sell all their shares under $1? Hell no STEEVEE. Will traders lose millions in opportunity loss? Hell no STEEVEE....$1 is the topic now and TPTW is undervalued.
