People DO NOT UNDERSTAND how the hell to read these filings - it's almost ALL PREFERRED STOCK in the increase and THAT is for anti-takeover !!

Further- they only mention a reverse split as they are likely to RAPIDLY GROW SALES and then a small reverse split to get over $4 a share and UPLIST HELLO NASDAQ !!

Else- this has MERGER/ACQUISITION WRITTEN ALL OVER IT !!

TOTALLY being misinterpreted here by the OTC dumb money amateurs as usual - NOTHING negative is in that 14C filing, NOTHING !!

I sent an email to the company asking for them to please give some information as I literally logged on and almost lost my lunch. I’ve read the science, looked over the plans for growth, I’m heavily invested and still (although queasy from that drop) I’m still positive on the stock as far as my optimism goes I’m just hoping the answer back with some sort of information to help keep me in that positive thinking ...
