People saw 100m added shares and immediately thought dilution. That's honestly what it looks like on the surface. No wonder Tom Nelson wouldn't respond to me, no wonder the CFO punted that question on the conference call so hard that the ball left the stadium. Red flags galore today.

25M Preferred to 100M Preferred
The Common went up by 2.5B shares or 6 fold.
The Preferred went up by 75M shares or 3 fold.

Name Change and FDA IND Approval Will Negate the 14C filing today

TOTALLY being misinterpreted here by the OTC dumb money amateurs as usual - NOTHING negative is in that 14C filing, NOTHING !!

Wow I was gone for hours and just checked the QNTA PPS and thought WTF happened. Looks like nothing but panic sellers. Unreal. Glad all my other stocks and ALT coins are doing great. We just have to be more patient with QNTA.

Further- they only mention a reverse split as they are likely to RAPIDLY GROW SALES and then a small reverse split to get over $4 a share and UPLIST HELLO NASDAQ !!

I have seen RS go both ways, good & bad.... this one is prodent as long as they do not dilute, which I believe they won't.

$QNTA is cheap
