I hear you & I think carter was betting on this
where he'd hide paperwork (waterfall) and new contracts/documents (UO!P)
he'd settle with the 13 (stats show 94%) and then send out pennies to the shareholders
(while he's on vacay on some tropical island with his multimillions)
I don't think he was cognizant the united team we have become

given c19 & uoip fatigue and the incendiary aspects of this case
carter is probably counting on infighting (thus focus won't be on director conduct since delisting)
as long as we align & keep the focus on "advocating for our fair share"
we'll be more effective as a united team
and we all win in the end

thanks for your affirmation/validation, I'm glad to help the team any way I can. (besides, quite a few charities in our respective communities would benefit if we win big, seems uoip shareholders are a generous bunch)
