Wow.. It's into the SD NY... I hope they drag the Defendants (they will be Kicking & Screaming, I know) in front of the SDNY Court and I know the Judges there won't be as complicit as the BK Judge... in letting the defendants 'slip by' with all their Criminal Acts...
