The only thing he needed to take care of is the law suit if he wanted to sell the company. The rest doesn't need to be done if another company just wants the tech. And why issue licenses if he was going to sell? More nonsense.
I honestly feel he's prepping everything to sell and get out of it. I highly doubt he's looking to start actually running this company as a Biopharma after years of not being Current
