Despite the ignorance some show in their advice, You can't do Binance in the USA. If I could get on Binance , I would have been there long ago.
I dont do options but I believe LedgerX is your best bet in the USA. The KYC requirements will be very high. There may be other but that is what I know of. Hope that helps
