I Hear you. That's why I hope that for Better or Worse, AG's lawsuit was good and the court already intimated to the opponent parties to Respond By Jun 21st, which is great... Hopefully, the opponents (WMI-LT/WMI(H)/COOP) will respond Truthfully to the Court by June 21st... Now, they can try to lie to the Court, which they have done so many times already during the BK...But hopefully it won't be so easy this time... So, let's see what happens.

Yea one thing no one has ever told us about the past 13 years is exactly what is fair and reasonable. If it were the wmih turned coop (via reverse split) shares that we got a number of years back.. then they should have stated so. We can only hope this completely wraps up for good in the very near future..
