I just want a fair piece if the settlement/award value.
the award value and our piece of it are two separate issues.
If after legitimate legal charges what’s left over is .12 cent per shared or billy and all other common shareholders (240m settlement would provide that) I would be ok with it
But if they settle for 1.5b and we only get .12 per share do to the waterfall and other arrangements…. That’s another story. We should get .70+ per share with a settlement of that size
Sorry if we don’t want to concede for pennies when the tech is worth billions with simple math, yet we are discussing being okay with hundreds of millions. I guess it doesn’t matter anyways, legal action is already imminent.
Last post for today, and its for you Billy. You rock, and my brother will agree. You stick with me and a couple others here, and this wont be your last 12 bagger.
You can find 12 cents a share on all kinds of garbage otc tickers with Zero revenue and billions of outstanding shares.
This is just my general thoughts and not directed at you Billy. Hundreds of millions of people in this country alone use this tech 24/7/365 and pay $50-100 per month for the privilege. Tens of Billions of dollars have been made off this stolen tech and yet post after post on this board lately have been basically saying they'll be happy with the scraps from Billy's table. This board is simply a joke at this point with people kissing Billy's sorry ass and groveling at his feet. Where the hell are you clowns coming up with 20-30 cents as a fair valuation for the shares? Just like the $160 million number or even the $400 million that's been tossed around the 2 days, that's an absolute fn joke. Anyone comparing this tech to other patent infringement cases needs to have their head examined. This isn't a chip in a cell phone or a processor in some video game and the magnitude of this is lost on so many people here. Thankfully there are a few that get it and that clearly see Billy's intentions through his actions up to this point and are taking action.
We don't know for sure yet as game is not over yet.
Joining an International Law firm only tells me this is just the domestic (U.S.) show and the tip of the iceberg.
The real show and money would be the International lawsuit that could easily be won or settled after this settlement.
We need to do our best to get relisted again, whether by Carter or by our legal team' effort, to still be a part of any potential international infringement lawsuit.
I believe the 13-company lawsuit is going to be in billions...with the potential international suit being A LOT MORE!
The ideal scenario - Our legal team would be doing everything they could to get us relisted again ... in parallel to getting our fair share out of this case.
