No. I trade this stuff all the time. Have for decades. If someone dumped, someone would have stepped up to the plate to buy for recovery after selling pressures subsided. Really, not unlike November tax loss selling followed by the Santa Claus Rally and the January effect. Without the waterfall, the stock would have spiked this last week with news of upcoming settlement.
