that's what I think too, here in this forum each user thinks differently from one to another.
There are also users who have to and want to bring only turmoil here, but I don't know why.

Here in this forum of for example 100 users, 99 are of profession JURISPRUDENCE. Einstein would look bad!
Personally I have always said that COMMONS/ESCROW are the true heirs of the values outside of chapt11, as well as I think that the real SUCCESSORS are the OLD SHAREHOLDERS.
The 75/25 pact has nothing more to do with TRUST values.
Maybe I am wrong, but I am convinced not.
Since a couple of days I only read the news of some users that I think are wise and serious.

What recourse would we ever have if the financial rewards/returns are there as you say, and they never........never send any payments to the DTC issued ESC cusips of the original estate?
