The midpoint of that would be about $400 million for all known shares. Not impossible for the settlement to be larger than that to pay off the inventors and financing. The lawyers should be taken care of by the 13 for making the company take legal action. Deirdre gets her $5 mil + interest and share return, and Billy gets an s***load of money from his shares. Dont think I left anyone out. Seems doable with the right "push" from our end. I personally have the settlement pegged at between $400-500 million in the end, so $100 million or so is plenty to pay off the inventors, finance and Deirdre.
