If it's a pump, they know it's coming and will dump near highs and you will see volume rise. Institutions load slowly near accumulation phases and liquidate near distribution (stage 3) to retail. But I agree, def easier the way you mentioned
If he did succeed in dumping most of his shares over time, then he stands to lose a decent chunk of change if the new waterfall is cancelled. Why would he ever negotiate a peaceful settlement with us shareholders if he stands to lose all those shares? Also does anyone remember at what point uo!p was created? that may give us a starting point at which he first may have started dumping his shares? (if that's actually what happened)
