You're forgetting that the CEO, or another Big Wig of Huawei, when doing his public presentation a month ago while unveiling their new foldable Mate X phone actual said "liquid metal".....those words also appeared on the giant screen above his head. This presentation also did not include a small TM at the end of the word or phrase "liquid metal"....which unfortunately leads me to conclude that an amorphous metal alloy from one of our competitors could be supplying the "liquid metal" to Hauwei. In all their ads as well... it is "liquid metal" not "liquidmetal."

And if this was our liquidmetal......what would an NDA have to do with anything at this juncture? The president of the company said the phrase out loud in public. The phrase is being published all over the Internet.

NOW: what if Huawei's "liquid metal" isn't our liquidmetal? Notice the letter space between the two words.

That's how you get around trademark infringement.

Now I guess someone could conclude that Apple has the rights to "liquidmetal".......

I think it be great if our CEO actually cleared this all up for his LQMT shareholders.
