You are basing the calculation off from a price per share Increase and not as an increase in Percent of the price per share, both Pre and post split.

a .12 move on a post split stock priced at $1.20 is 10%

an a 10% move on a .012 pre split 1 : 100 stock would on be a .0012 PPS addition to the .012 Price.
