i have etrade and there was…….

plenty on the ask, earlier today, i hit the ask and all but about 10% filled. showed a partial fill on my order page.

i waited and waited, still saw a couple of mm’s at that ask, still no fill, and later, they filled the rest at a lower price showing a sell on the bid.

not sure what that means but seemed odd and intersting.
