this tells us what we already knew in that Andrey wasn't to remain CEO and was part of the plan for him to transition the company and explains his large stake from lx retail group.

so now we wait for merger news and much more on relaunch.

all detailed in my merger post awhile ago and indicated in company filings of this event to come.
