Why reached out to them so early last year in August so early. Koos was not the CEO then. He came back later as CEO

Try contact the recently hired auditor. btw, they are not the same auditor any longer. Try the recently hired auditor.

There must be hundreds of calls to Koos everyday? If I were Koos, I would have second thought answering any of them.

I phoned the auditor. They confirmed they are preparing financials. They could not provide a timeframe.

Maybe they are all too busy working on things for the company which are much more important than responding to someone's feeble and silly concerns. They are professionals. They just don't have time for you. Give it a rest! Geez. :-)

not so. auditor answers phone calls and 4 wks ago confirmed the letter of engagement and some progress

nothing, however, has been publicly uttered, by co., regarding any progress since the 8k about the letter of engagement issues, what, like 40 days ago.

auditor gave a 3-4 week time frame

company is being abundantly negligent in its lack of communication

ceo is probly out of breath not knowing what to do next and hiding in a closet or, spanking a monkey drinking from coconuts on a beach somewhere
