Hi BonnieMac, sorry I don't recall anything from them that outlined that timeframe. I'm not sure how they could know, considering that they have zero influence in that process except to be timely and accurate with records requested. I know there have been estimates that many here and elsewhere have made...another example of folks trying to create news....but those are meaningless.
