Filings take time. There is not much that can be done to speed up the process. People just have to be patient especially since they are working on audited financials which take longer

Gee, that's a great question! One can only wonder. Maybe he was too busy trying to get the barnacles off his boat? Or maybe he was too busy with the lolita's at the Hong Kong Gentleman's Club in Tijuana? Or maybe the obvious answer that any 5th grader would know the answer to is that HE HAD NO MONEY TO ACTUALLY PAY FOR IT TO BE DONE!
