The share price can't seem to get above August 2018 levels. Maybe those 174 BIEL investors need to buy up more junk BIEL shares.

Currently BIEL appears about as popular to buy as a ticket to North Korea. I wonder if it could have anything to do with 25 billion shares and all those noteholders.
