This is a reverse acquisition,H.P. wants to go public #GGII is the shell co to do it through ,Once the deal goes through we essentially become one,its not a case where they need to buy into the shell. Again once the deal goes through the shares they receive will primarily be used to reinvest in the company we all want to see prosper so in essence yes.
