I agree could have been handled different. Except for normal pinkie. Still do not see much as per normal pinkie in FCCN with sec filings and lack of B/S pr's. And lets not forget the merger candidate, the wild card. So much to lose, they have assets people could go after. Rule # 1 on merger, who are they, can you see them, talk to them, are they in this country, are they real, and can you go visit them? AERO pasted my test.....
