Thats fine that they want to clean up the old shell, the problem I have is they werent forthcoming with the dillution. Right when everyone was saying "this isnt your normal pinkie, this is a great company" FCCN turned around and did the typical pinkie move, dillute.

I think for pinksheet traders CSHD/SLJB was our own Enron scandal and we sort of learned to not trust even the most promising PRs or company reps without some sort of DD. So for this company to sneak this in is not the best way for them to make a good impression on anyone that was considering holding until the merger would be finalized in Q2.
