What was an inaccurate assumption was people claiming the valet hit the wrong pedal.
Data shows no attempt to remove foot from accelerator which proves it wasnt pedal misapplication and proves SUA. Valet should have, at very least, attempted to removed his foot from the accelerator. However data shows no such attempt.
