Have no idea what you are speaking of. But I do know there are billions upon billions of shares for Phil. Millions upon millions on the ask EVERYDAY while company sits on radar without being current. One day u may wake up to a suspension. I know longs are buying up smh. Hopefully it works out for all longs.
