second the thought, if the AG source theory is accurate it would seem to suggest massive dilution to COOP shares. That being out there now like this does in fact discourage me from buying back in at this time.

IMO, there will not really be a dilution.

Yes, more stock will be issued, but the increase of value on the balance sheet (as they 'buy' those assets) should NOT cause a devaluation of the price per share (or at least the tangible value per share).

There will be, in my prediction, a massive sell off caused by escrow beneficiaries 'capturing' their profits.
