T-minus 69 days until the 10K

The company even gets two extra days since the 31st falls on a Saturday.

Given the the revised preliminary proxy has not yet been filed, let alone a DEF14A, the odds are getting a bit tighter on which will happen 1st, the 10K or the proxy meeting.

I'm torn on which way it will go, will the management wait until after the meeting to disclose the financial results and say that things have gotta change, or would it be better to have the meeting before that news comes out?

April 2nd will be here before you know it.
