Per TMDI, "if the Company achieves Medtronic Milestones 3 and 4 and receives the payments from Medtronic in respect of those milestones, with the Company’s current financial resources, the Company expects to have the financial resources to be able to continue operations for 22 months and complete Milestones 3 through 16."
