They do not have enough funds for FDA per their recently released development plan/table. See post 125482 (table starts on pg 10 via link).

Per TMDI, "if the Company achieves Medtronic Milestones 3 and 4 and receives the payments from Medtronic in respect of those milestones, with the Company’s current financial resources, the Company expects to have the financial resources to be able to continue operations for 22 months and complete Milestones 3 through 16."

.25 isn't a lot of money and 7's aren't lucky. Ignore the noise!
