Read the audited financials and SEC reports.

What audited financials and SEC reports? They have been a non-disclosing (dark) company for nearly two years. Who knows what kind of shenanigans have gone on behind the scenes in that time? Especially with someone like Chaz who has a long history of involvement with shady securities.

They should just file to go dark officially and promote sports drinks or crypto or MJ. Or maybe a hokey diamond-making process that can never be scaled up (wait, they already did that).

thanks bizops12. you gave me what i was looking for: a reason to be
glad when the inevitable occurs. your tone pissed me off, so that
puts something on the other side of my lost investment.
i'm leaving thursday, going to a place far enough geographically
and in spirit from the chas's, the ctdts and message boards as it
gets.
so i got scammed out of a few thou. i'm not unhappy about it, i'm
angry at the way the whole fiasco played out. i knew what was
going to happen years ago--at least three--and tried many times
to sell, but...it isn't the money, it was never the money, it's
the conduct. that some of you aren't angrier, i can only assume
you're either used to it or have very low expectations. this has
been a unique investing experience for me: i'm mesmerized by gems,
so snaper's history and the thinking behind 'magnatek' all came
together in a way that was like a fable or a fairytale. only true.
but alas, it would have taken honest, legitimate, hardworking
business professionals to make it a reality.
