we were told V1 was replaced with V2 as a rebuild from scratch to work flawlessly with Netsuite. Later some said V2 had security issues, and on a SHAC call were told V3 would solve all those problems and be ready in something like 6 more weeks. That's when Sound Concepts came into the picture and V3 talk seemed to disappear for more than a year.
You just don't do that if the product is able to increase your clients revenues by 6 -fold.
