Not to be obvious, but no large buyers are interested in the stock. No smaller buyers really either.

For 1 thing, most big investors require at least OTCQB rank. Secondly, most big investors are very cautious. But some big investors take chances based on their intelligent data-gathering and speculation~ & know the virtue & value of waiting...like Warren Buffet.
