Yes bad things happen to good people. My oldest brother had leukemia died on 2003 ago 54. He had a blood transfusion early 2002, it was found somehow the blood was tainted.
He was a fighter and was winning the battle, I don't recall the details but he received 10X the dose of radiation some how. He never recovered after that....
