Correction - that will be the date the owners of record will be obtained to receive the shares, not the date of issue. Check the PR

split-the-aces: Nice close at 405 today... Pretty... Are you referring to USP shares or shares in the combined ONYI/USSE entity?

I ask because there are two separate issues: USP and ONYI/USSE. Shareholders in USSE of record as of early December will get USP shares as well.
