That's true...

The Company leases a product production and water bottling facility in Grants Pass, Oregon


I contacted Boon's IR asking for more information about the facility in Grants Pass. They never responded to me.
I believe the same reason they never responded to me is the same reason they listed the address for the Grass Valley property they're leasing but not the Grants Pass facility.

If the issuer leases any assets, properties or facilities, clearly describe them as above and the terms of their leases.
The Company’s principal offices are located at 110 Spring Hill Drive, Suite #16, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
The Company leases these premises for a term ending January 1, 2025 at a cost of $4,000 per month.
The Company leases a product production and water bottling facility in Grants Pass, Oregon on a month-to month basis at a cost of $2,000 per month.



It's very likely that shareholders are paying $2,000 per month to Donald Notter. If you read Matrix of Life's Oregon SOS filings, Notter's residence in Grants Pass is listed as the principal place of business and mailing address.
