Kay's salary of $175K per year is equal to $43.75K per quarter, which isn't that large, in the whole scheme of things. But, with the company recently reporting $47K in revenue for the quarter, how can it be rationalized?

How can he rationalize keeping the doors open on a business that doesn't come close to making enough for operational expenses? After 17, or so, years, this experiment is failed.

The company should either bring in new management or shut the whole enterprise down by selling off its parts. No more paying unproductive employees with investors' money.
