Given she was more privy to what was going on with the company and dealing with the auditor she seemed like the perfect person to have there to vouch for whether the company was abandoned or not. So guess we wait to see if the judge feels the same way.
George just dropped the MEIL case because they updated the Nevada filings and had NO other filings. Doubt he wants a repeat of what’s happening in the hearing with RETECH. And if he loses Retech He will have to admit he still hasn’t won a contested custodian case.
