After listening to Marilu testimony of ongoing audit and letters with questions back and forth from that audit I really don’t see how the judge can rule on abandonment. I found her testimony pretty convincing it was not abandoned.



The trans-employee contractor who stood alone to fend off the charges against a company that refused to show up to defend itself? Some part of me felt sorry for her.

Truth. What is it? Where is it? Who has it? What does it cost? How much is it worth?
