I believe CEOs who tell the truth and are forthright with shareholders, not characters like Rory who feel the need to dangle carrots and mislead shareholders into believing a financing was going to be done higher than the then current market price and who called skeptics bedwetters. That’s not how you win over skeptics and it’s certainly not how you build credibility…

Character and integrity have gone out the window years ago, even more so when Rory lied about post offering price to the publics face being higher during one of his unethical "SHAC" videos.

Appreciate your view, but the message board is here to give perspective to all who read it.

If my view changes someone’s mind, good or bad, that is the purpose of this board.

Regarding sharing due diligence, I have provided a lot through the years. But, have stopped because there are so many here do not agree with it or anything that points to Rory’s correct market assumptions.

As a matter of fact, more than 75% of posters here do not like this company or management team.
