Please post that information where it says they already won the case. I must have missed it.
You just made my case for me again. If they win the case they don't need our money. Sell some of their shares since the price will skyrocket anyway and they will probably settle the case rather than face a jury who will surely slam them for some astronomical judgement.
HCMC MGT wants us to take all the risks financially anyway. Typical lawyer sh.t and tactics.
If you were ever involved in a class action lawsuit you know exactly what I mean. Lawyers 97% shareholders 3 cents on the dollar.
