It's already been PROVEN PM STOLE the patent not only from HCMC but BTA's patent infringement lawsuit's judge RULED in favor of BTA and against PM. So IMO, THERE IS NO WAY TWO JUDGES WILL HAVE TWO DIFFERENT VIEWS of the same type of lawsuit.

Any comments?
