Yeah...that’s a high stakes situation if the company is relying on the court case to move this north. Although, if the judge rules in favor of HCMC, they wouldn’t need to do a rights offering! The pps would fly on its own

This will be an interesting couple weeks. I’m still not sure how to approach this.

There is NO WAY the judge will dismiss much less with prejudice.
