Hi art35, Thanks for the link to that directive on OTC Markets. Very interesting. So it would seem that it's imperative that Regen BioPharma get their audited SEC filings submitted to the SEC and OTC Markets by the end of June to make sure they are fully compliant by the end of September to be without any delays in getting the stop sign removed and be considered pink current again with OTC Markets. I believe the goal by the company will be to get this done on time. So I'd say we can definitely count on seeing the audited 10-K and 10-Q filings reported sometime in June, if not sooner in the final week of May. :-)

This rule will force out scam companies that literally have nothing to report. For those that do, the volatility resulting from each PR will be a flippers dream. Can't wait
